We reached out to Josh late last week in dire need of an exterior house cleaning. We had just moved into our house. He responded promptly and advised he could be here on the following Tuesday. Sure enough he was here at 8 am and did a fantastic job!!! The house looks great with all of the pollen, dust, dirt, etc gone. I would definitely recommend Josh for a good Powerwashing!!!

Brad and Josh did an excellent job on our home, slate patio, and our pool deck. This was an ALL day job and they never slowed down. Their pricing is very reasonable and they show up on time. Our home is stone and brick and it took extra time and detail. They also cleaned mold on the shingles. Everything looks brand new. We are VERY pleased and we are confident you will be as well.

Fallen trees from Hurricane Helene knocked oxidation off the vinyl siding of my home resulting in shiny areas and streaks. The resolution Josh executed appeared to work. However, the next day, one could see it had been approximately 85% corrected. Josh executed plan B and it worked like a charm. I appreciate the attention to detail by Josh and Hayes. The house looks great and the difference in the driveway is incredible. This company is different from others I have used over the years. Most of them spray a cleaner on the house, let it "work" for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off. JB Applewhite's worked 2.5 hours with cleaner and brushes. The gutters, shutters, brick and vinyl look brand new. I recommend JB Applewhite's without hesitation or reservation. 👏 👏

Applewhite’s soft clean was recommended by the company that installed our roof. The roof was only eight years old but had terrible stains due to so many trees in our yard. In a matter of a couple hours our roof looked brand new. I highly recommend this company.

Josh just completed cleaning our roof as well as the house. He runs his business like one is supposed to be run. Beyond impressed with this company! We hired JB Applewhite’s Pressure Cleaning to clean up a rental house that we're preparing for listing (referred by our realtor). We were not present for the cleaning, but Josh took it upon himself to send before and after photos upon completion. It looked fantastic! Two polite and pleasant young men appeared at the appointed time and did a great job. Coincidentally, I had a power outage while they were here and Joshua volunteered to pay for a repair if it was their fault. A qualified electrician came and determined the cause was a faulty breaker and totally unrelated to the washing. He checked in afterwards to be sure all was completed correctly. I recommend this company without reservation.

JB Applewhite's team is professional, courteous, and friendly, and did an outstanding job on our house, driveway, and back patio. The before and after difference is incredible! They even ensured our surrounding flowerbeds and lawn were rinsed off to avoid any residual cleaning solution that could have been left behind. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, and look forward to enjoying dinners on my beautifully clean back patio!
