Two polite and pleasant young men appeared at the appointed time and did a great job. Coincidentally, I had a power outage while they were here and Joshua volunteered to pay for a repair if it was their fault. A qualified electrician came and determined the cause was a faulty breaker and totally unrelated to the washing. He checked in afterwards to be sure all was completed correctly.
